On JUn 7th 2007 my co-worker and I made a reservation for 3 to take a very high profile client to lunch(he had never been there). We were 15 minutes late(unavoidable).The host was extremely rude in front of our client and his guest.He said 'you are 15 minutes late and we were going to give away your table, we are very busy'. And he said ' oh you booked 3 not 4 and walked away snottily. We had to wait approx 10 minuted to get acknowledged by the waitress. Our appetizer plates and dirty glasses were never cleared throughout the whole meal.The service was at best lousy and vert sporadic. Had to ask twice for butter ( never did get it).Our client wanted to stay as he had never been there. The food was good, but that does not excuse shabby service from a staff that makes you feel like you are in their way.This is not the first time we have had shitty service from the same host and we will not be back until you either get rid of him or fix the bad attitudes of your wait staff. We work with many very high profile clients and will never bring them to your establishment again.
