Just had dinner with a group of 15. It took them about an hour before the appetizers came out and another 30 min for the entrees. so most of us were waiting for about 1.5 hrs for our food. Only thing the waitress said to us was that our order is too big and they're going to serve the smaller tables first. So we saw 3 smaller tables come in after us and left before us. Food finally come out, the burgers were all over cooked and hard as rubber. The fish & chips were way over cooked as well. Food was mediocore, service was mediocore. We placed a complaint to the manager and her reponse was, it's our fault for coming 45min late (most of us were on time for the reso and an order was placed within 15min) to the reso. Was not apologitic at all. They comped us chocolate fondue. Yum, 2 small fondue plate for a table of 15, which we also sat around waiting for about another 20 min. This was my first and will definately be my last time coming here. There were half of us that were regulars for drinks at this place. Apparently they do not appreciate customer's paying for their meal and on top of that a 17% service fee. Oh yes, our friend got up and served us the water to our tables since there were no waitress around. What more can I say, how have a business like this lasted this long.....
